Welcome to FFBeta. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FFBeta game and website ("Service") operated by FFBeta.run ("us", "we", or "our").

Blockchain and Digital Assets

FFBeta is a web3 game that incorporates blockchain technology, including but not limited to non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and cryptocurrency transactions.

Wallet Connections

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to connect a compatible blockchain wallet. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. We are not responsible for any loss of digital assets resulting from lost, stolen, or compromised wallet credentials.

Digital Asset Ownership

When you acquire digital assets through our Service:

• You own the NFTs and digital assets that you legitimately purchase or earn through gameplay
• Ownership of digital assets is recorded on the blockchain and is subject to the terms of the underlying blockchain network
• We do not guarantee the value or future tradability of any digital assets
• Digital assets may be subject to regulatory changes which could impact their use or value

Transactions

All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. We cannot reverse or refund blockchain transactions once they have been confirmed on the network. You are responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirming them.

Gameplay and Conduct

While using our Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service to engage in any illegal activities
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws)
• Use the Service to exploit bugs or unintended mechanics
• Use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Engage in any behavior that disrupts the experience of other users

• Impersonate another user or FFBeta staff

In-Game Economy

The FFBeta in-game economy involves various digital assets and currencies that can be earned, purchased, or traded. You acknowledge that:

• In-game virtual items and currencies may or may not have real-world value
• We may modify the in-game economy, including adjusting drop rates, rewards, and asset values
• We are not responsible for fluctuations in the value of any digital assets
• Some aspects of the economy may be governed by smart contracts with their own specific terms

You further acknowledge that your activities related to acquiring, trading, or selling digital assets may have tax implications in your jurisdiction, and you are solely responsible for complying with applicable tax laws.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or recorded on the blockchain), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FFBeta.run and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

While you may own specific digital assets within the game, the game's underlying code, artwork, storylines, and game mechanics remain our intellectual property. Your ownership of digital assets does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the specific rights encoded in those assets.

User-generated content remains the property of the creating user, but by submitting such content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any medium and any format.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee that our Service will be available at all times.
